Default 1999 dx question

hey guys, i'm looking into putting some headers on my d16y7. i know i won't be able to use at least 1 of my o2 sensors, and will probably throw code, but my question is this: will it effect the performance because of the loss of the o2 sensor?

Good luck fitting two headers on there. It won't affect WOT performance if thats what you are asking, but eliminating a cat is pretty damn pointless on a very slow car. Not to mention asking for a hefty ticket.

so you think i'll get a ticket in NE Alabama for going without a cat, when every other chevy silverado that drives down the road is running open headers? and im not trying to run down camaros or anything, just trying to make my car a little more fun to drive, forgive me.

Sorry catless is pointless on a car with that little power. If you wanted to make your car fun to drive you'd invest in suspension. And you are probably more likely to get a ticket in AL b/c you drive a Honda period.

it's got lowering springs, and is about 3 inches from the ground. that's enough for me.
