Default wideband useable with stock ECU?

Hey guys my o2 sensor took a crap today and since i will be buying a wideband in a few weeks to tune. I was wondering if there were any widebands out there that would communicate with the stock ecu until i get some form of engine management. So basically what im asking is are there any widebands out there that will run a communicate and run the stock ECU with out modification. If so what are they and how would i go about making it work. Thanks in advance

Pretty much all of the widebands on the market have a 0-1 v narrowband output.

You just run that wire into the o2 sensor input for the factory sensor and it should run just fine.

The only problem you will have is a heater code, but that won't hurt how the car runs.

How can I do this without getting the heater code? What can I do with the O2 heater wires?

If you are replacing a stock O2 sensor with a WB O2 Sensor. You should be able to hook the stock heater wires up to the WBO2 sensor heater wires. Most WBO2 sensors have heaters as well. Not to mention if you are running an aftermarket EMS or chipped ECU you may also be able to disable the O2 Heater CEL.
