how much to flash a new 360 ? explain to me what you mean by live capable. will you get detected by microsoft?

 

depending what drive you have 40-60 bucks. you can play on xbox live. wont be banned. I have been playying on xbl for years. no way detectable unless they pull the information from your xbox (i.e. you send it in)
