Now today I was looking at the speed chanel you know doing my thing, and I saw something called "CounterAct"? They sad it stops or slows down the rusting on your car. Now I got my 91 crx dx form an old women in CA. So it doesn't have any rust now. But I live in NJ and the weather here is this bad. Now IDK if that counteract really works or not but have anyone ever used it before?

that stuff looks bogus.

if u wanna really stop rust, just put your car in storage during the winter months (no salt from the raod = no rust). honestly that is the easiest solution.
