Default Idle at 3-4000rpm.. WTF.. and no codes??? Please Help

(B16a1 in a 1990 CRX Si)
Hey guys, my idle is at around 3-4000 rpm and does not go down at all, even when it's warmed up. I changed 3 IAC's, tried 3 ecu's, ran new wires for the IAC, from the ECU and a power supply, checked all vacumm lines and I still have the same problem... Can someone please give me some ideas... I have no idea where I'm gettin this high idle from..

Thanx,

Pete

Another thing is that when I unplug the IAC my idle goes down to 1000rpm and then jumps to 2000rpm and then back and forth, and then when I plug it back in it shoots back up to 3-4000rpm... anyone with any ideas???

It couldn't of happened by itself, but I'd check the throttle cable. It might be too tight.
