1986 Civic SI A/C fan question (searched)

1986 Civic SI A/C fan question (searched)
When I put the key in the ignition to start the car, the A/c fan come on and stay running all the time while the car is running. Is it suppose to be like that? Is that normal?

AC on or front defroster, the condenser fan will come on. Should go off when you turn the cabin fan off, or get it off something that uses the AC
