i was wondering if anybody has ever done a H22 swap into a DC integra and used an auto tranny. I see online a 92-96 vtec h22 obd-1 with auto tranny and i want to know if i can swap it into my 94 DC. I know its not practical but i jus want something that alot of people dont have.

 

You're right, its definately not practical. You will need to fab up your own mounts, I also forsee a wiring nightmare. Possible (read likely) clearance issues. The reasons a lot of people don't have something are usually one of the following:
-its too expensive
-its rare
-its sucks

In your case you could probably pic 2 out of that list.

 

You can do it the same exact way the EG did it... Practically the same engine bay. I agree that it will be a wiring nightmare, and it is unpractical.

 

How about an H2B with your DC auto tranny, you wouldnt have a wiring headache. It would still suck but it would be different.

 

I forsee some issues with spacing the flexplate out, although it might work.
