I have a 99 Accord LX 2.3L Manual , I am trying to find a copy of TSB # 00-018. Alldata will not give it out. I am getting DTC P0171. I have a PC scan tool and Honda (Helms) service manual. I have followed the diagnostics with no luck. I reset the code and after about 2 weeks of driving the DTC returns.

I cant post it but i have in sitting in front of me. DTC p0171 is fuel system too lean. TSB 00-018 lists the probably cause as the Fuel pressure regulator having moisture in it. Corrective action is to replace the fuel pressure regulator and to reroute the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.

The Fuel Pressure regulator part number is 16740-PAA-A01

FPR Tube Kit A for M/T with Cruise Control = 06168-PAA-A10
FPR Tube Kit B for A/T with Cruise Control = 06168-PAA-A60
FPR Tube Kit C for M/T without Cruse Control = 06168-PAB-A00
FPR TUbe Kit D for A/T without Cruise Control = 06168-PAB-A50

Your local honda dealer should be able to get you the parts and print out a copy of the TSB. If not, let me know and ill see what I can do.
