Um, both pictured can adjust camber.

The real question is, why are you looking into front camber kits anyway?

1) more negative camber will HELP you with road race and autox. There's a reason why race cars often run tons of negative camber. And if you're serious about it, you'll probably end up wearing down the OUTSIDE of the tires even with negative camber. I believe TunerN00b has attested to that before. Actually, you'll probably find you need MORE negative camber than what you have from your lowered suspension alone in order to get the kind of handling characteristics you want.

2) the 2 pics you posted are of the same Skunk2 arms, but 2 completely different applications. The top one fits 92-95 Civics and 94-01 Integras. Bottom fits 96-00 Civics only. But both do the same thing and both have the same adjustable ball joint on the end.

nice you seem to know your stuff. i just did a search and saw all those toe vs camber discussions. i do a lot of highway driving also. So if im lowered 3 inches using stock parts and fix the toe i should be golden for a couple years?

Yes.

My car has been lowered with anywhere from -1.5 to -2.8 camber up front for 7 years now and I've never had a camber kit. My tires usually last about 30K-35K miles.
