Default Please Help....Oil in plugs

I went to change the plugs on my girl's 92' Accord LX sedan, and she has oil in each spark plug. I know there are "plug seals" that are under the valve cover. How hard are these to change? Anyone have experience with these? I did a search, but it came back with no information. Thanks in advance!

just hope its not a blown head gasket. i had that same problem, i replaced all my valve cover gaskets and o-rings, and still found oil in the plug wells. make sure you torque the valve cover bolts. i think its something like 7lb/in...i dunno, get a helms, id tell ya, but mine is out in the garage
