Icon2 Duckbill Washer Fluid Question

Did some searching, couldn't find any input.

My EG hatchback came with the rear riper and switch that makes washer fluid pour down to the wiper from the factory spoiler.

My question is if I replace my factory spoiler to an aftermarket duckbill, will I loose this necessity? or are there any duckbill spoliers that keep the washer feature? Thanks

From what I do know, this would probally have to be added in. I am not 100% but you should be able to make something work

You dont really need the fluid squirter... I removed my whole washer fluid reservoir system and lines, shaved the holes on the hood, and just carry a bottle of windex in my glovebox.

Im starting a hatchback project build, havent looked into spoilers yet. Tis a good question, indeed.

Hopefully you don't drive in bad weather then. Try getting the crap splashed up from the car in front of you off of your windshield while on the highway, not gonna happen. Up for an answer for this guy!

I have a 92 Si with a Seibon carbon fiber duckbill with integrated third brake light. It does not have the rear washer feature. I removed the stock rear washer unit along with the rear wiper and motor. I did replace the wiper with a PassowrdJDM window delete. It did not fit correctly without some slight modification but it looks super.

The duckbill wont have the washer jet, but you can use the OEM one and add it in. I've done it before for someone, I just don't remember if I had to cut out the hole in the spoiler or not. Anyway its definately dooable and has been done before.

ive had an after market spoiler, it was an ebay fake spoon style spoiler, carbon fiber. It had a hold or noche for you to put the stock sprayer nozzle at. I guess some have them and some duck bills dont. just look around
