Car doesnt pull !!

Car doesnt pull !!
I have a civic hatchback eg with a swapped JDm d15b vtec... In 1st and 2nd gear can rev to whatever but when it comes to 3rd 4th and 5th, it doesnt move fast when i give it throttle, it doesnt even rev past like 2.5k , thanks in advance!

now why in the world, just out of curiousity, would you :
1: Buy a d15b? How about we get rid of the d15, and stick with a B..
2:You must really thought people on here would help you after you told them you had a zip tie on your dizzy to hold it there? and, its a nonvtec dizzy?
If your car revs to limitor in 1st and 2nd, and not in third, its cause your taking your foot off the gas pedal. the ECU doesnt reconize what gear your in, unless your car is an automatic? otherwise its one fuel map for all 5 gears!!!!
