Fender Liner

Is the front fender liner of a 99 Civic coupe all one piece? As in, it connects to both wheels and to pull it, I have to take both off? Thank you

i think what your trying to ask is , can you replace just one
fender liner per wheel .. yes you can. hope that helps.
