Rear Bumper Removal
Hey!
Alright so I'm working on some rust issues and need to remove my rear bumper. Now I've looked and searched and found this diagram http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/3...removalaj4.png , so I went out and took a look and I'm having problems finding the screws/bolts on the underside of the bumper. What exactly is it I am looking for?
Also, I was wondering if there was enough wire fed to the side markers to pull the bumper off a few inches, or if I should just remove them.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

The screws on the under side of the bumper are where the unpainted plastic part of the bumper is secured to the underbody. There is also a screw under the taillights on both sides. The others should be obvious.
Maybe thats what you wanted?
The side markers are not hard to get off. But there should be a few inches of wire. You would be able to see how much wire was there if you would get down and look up there.

1. If you have mud guards, remove those first.
2. Disconnect the connectors to the rear side markers.
3. Open the trunk, there are 5 clips on the top of the bumper and 4 clips on the bottom of the bumper, remove them.
4. Take off bumper.
