Call up race engineering and see if cometic makes a gasket for that perticular engine...

Other that that I don't know unless inline pro has something for you...

The stock headgasket should be more then enough for you. Your problem seems to be in your tuning. I have a buddy with the same motor and similar mods that runs 20psi on the stock headgasket. He has been running like this for 2 years now without a headgasket problem. Another thing you can do is replace your headstuds/bolts with ARP headstuds. You probably have a couple stretched headstuds from when you lifted the head during one of your previous headgasket problems. Start with your headstuds if your tuning is on point. But I guaranntee the headgasket is not your problem.

Yeah I agree. The tuning and headstuds would be the problem. The gasket is good up to around 30psi.

stock OEM headgaskets can withstand 500hp easy as long as your motor is tuned to handle it.

hmmm...i know of at least 2 600hp Hondas using stock head gaskets. One must wonder why yours won't hold....

if the stock head gaskets can hold 500+ hp, then, do i really need to get a thicker gasket like the one's by inline pro? i know it lowers compression, so are thicker ones to help reduce stress on the pistons, rods etc? i'm still new to this so just trying to gather as much info as possible.
