Default B&M regulator, is it causing my problems?

When coming to a stop and letting the motor idle, the AFRS will be 15:1 sometimes, othertimes 12:1. Is the B&M regulator causing this? I am using DSM450s with Crome and Ostrich. Also, when the vehicle is fully warmed up and i coast in nuetral with the engine idling, it will hunt for an idle. As soon as I compe to a stop the idle settles. Any ideas?

Check your system for vacuum leaks and other items at idle. You also need to speak to whoever tuned the car.
