Default 4x100 to 4x114

I was wondering if anyone was running a conversion kit for a 4x100 to a 4x114.

So for another example i would like to run some 98 spec ITR wheels, on a 4x100 Car and buying a kit to run a plate so i can run those wheels. Anyone running a conversion like that? please inform me on the pros and cons and if its worth me buying those wheels!

^^^yeah i got full GSR swap in my garage ready to be bolted on to my EK and was just wondering if i was to get the spacer would it be alright?

After i've been reading and researching myself, I think it would be fine. I dont wanna go 4x114 i rather go 5x114 but since i got the GSR setup for a hell of a good deal and the wheels are a good deal too, SO I'M JUST GONNA DO IT!
