If he's working with a 3rd gen, I've seen several out there. But in general, yes this is the wrong place to be discussing B series of any sort.

To the OP, anytime you post, include as much information as you have on hand as it will help you avoid any "flaming" that may result. Placing your Year/Make/Model/Trim in your signature is a good way to ensure that we all have the proper info to go from.
