notching block with H Beam rods

i'm thinking about using a set of Eagle H Beam rods for my B18B1 engine build. Plans are to run nitrous with the engine. do i need to notch the block to provide clearance for the rods or there are no modifications needed? thanks in advance

You shouldn't need to notch for a Bseries block.

not on a bseries..that only needs done on a dseries
