Whats everyone using...........
for struts on their cars? someone told me to switch the rear lower control arms to the normal integra ones so there would be more options but i really dont want to do that.
Are you serious, Its a Type R. it will be more expensive to upgrade but come on.
while your at it, ill take the 5 lug suspension and wheels. ill give you my civics 4 lug suspension. you can fit all kinds of wheels on 4 lugs, and suspensions are cheap...
Come on man, don't do that.

what is everyone using? what type of set up? im not one for coilovers, i had GC with koni yellows on my GSR but for around were i live its really not a good set up, so i was just going to use lowering springs with so good struts for a lil softer ride. i have H&R springs right now just looking for some good struts

im not too sure which shocks would give you a softer ride. also depending on which H&R springs you're using, the ride may continue to be stiff whether you change the shocks or not. ive always had koni yellows, but with your description of you area i wouldnt recommend them. but with past experiences of a few friends, tokico shocks or koni reds offered a softer ride. one of them also had vogtland spring and strut combo on his DC4, but to either one of these options, im not entirely sure if they make them for the DC2's

koni sports rebuilt with double-adjustability and revalved to SPSS3 specs (but not shortened).
these ride smoother on full soft than stock struts on the street. for autox, with the fronts set to 75% rebound/100% compression and the rears set to 100% rebound/compression, the car is a grippy oversteering monster!
