Icon2 Please Help and Explain!!

I just want to know which type of strut i should get whether it is KYB or Tokico. I have the S-Tech Tein springs on now. ppl are telling me that u cant put KYBs on a lowered vehicle unless it is the AGX type, and that the tokico blues are a soft ride. all i want is a stiffer ride with great handling but not insanely ruff, something i can ride around town in but when i hit the back roads have good handling. I have an 03 coupe.

Tein SS-P or if you want a ride thats sharper, GC/Koni. Ive had both and i think the Teins are better hands down though.

KYB AGX's are piles of **** in my opinion. as a mechanic they're the most frequently blown shock/strut ive had to replace.

Please help and explain why you made two threads, on the same day, about the same exact thing? https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-2001-2005-78/suspension-2482276/

Don't do it again, please.

You need to prioritize your preferences between ride compliance and handling capability, as those become the two major distinctions among quality brands.
