Yes, looks like it. Only OEM lips have the "honda pp" on them. Aftermarket lips are usually have no writing on them.

an easy way to tell its honda is by looking at the bottom of the lip; the oem lips have tabs with holes in them to attach to the bottom of the bumper all along the length of the lip. the knockoffs won't have that.

This is correct! just got my oem itr lip of a salvaged itr and it has tabs on the bottom! and i got it for $30 what a sucka fish!!

nice. about 3.5 years ago i bought a type r lip from h-t for $100 shipped from a guy who wrecked his itr. it was a pretty good deal considering that they normally sold for $150 + sh at the time. the guy had pictures of his wrecked car and everything.
