Check engine ran a code. Took my Civic to Honda and they said my camshaft is "walking" from the engine sensor so when I throw a code the car shut offs and doesn't speed past 35 mph. I'm need help finding a D17A2 (cylinder head) brand new or used. A few forums offer help installing but I can't find anything purchase realted.

 

have you tried craigslist.org or ebay.com?

 

try replacing the cam angle sensor before you drop a new head on it and have the same problem.
