My 1996 Accord EX 2.2 Vtec has its check engine light on and I can't register until I fix the problem.
The code is P0118 and says engine coolant temp sensor high input.
I have replaced both sensors and it still reads that code.
I have reset the ECU. I changed one of the pigtails that looked bad and the code still comes back on.
No one at Autozone or Checker or Napa or the mechanics I know that work at a ford dealership could help me.
I can't afford to take it into Honda and pay them to find it.
Does anyone know how to fix this or something I can try...
Any help would be cool, I'm lost and broke and can't register my check engine cursed car.
