Good morning, and happy Saturday. I rarely post pictures of my car anywhere (other than my own desktop) so after yesterday's quick wash of all the road salt/sand, I decided to take a few pictures this morning. Please note that I'm still learning the full functionality of my Canon DSLR (Rebel XSi), so please be kind.
This was in Cheesequake Park (Laurence Harbor, NJ).

Level Sports mirrors that I picked up from a local www.s2ki.com member. One of the best modifications I ever did. With the mirrors all the way outward, I can see two lanes to either side of me AND the side of my own car. I believe these are "replicas" of the Spoon mirrors.

Broadway mirror I got a long time ago. Also a good/simple mod that helps out a lot, especially when the top is down. Ironically, that doesn't happen often due to my hardtop.

Transferred to another location about 10 minutes away. Saint Clements church in Matawan, NJ. Some random helicopter landing pad I guess.

I don't have too many other pictures uploaded, so here are a couple of random ones.
I bought winter tires and AP1s from a s2ki member. They were painted black, and had lots of chips/scratches, so I decided to paint them myself.
Before...

$5.99 at Pep Boys.

Flat/matte black. Turned out pretty nice actually. This is the first time I ever painted wheels before. It was much easier than I expected. I didn't primer the wheel, but I did sand it a bit. Cleaned it off, and sprayed about 5 coats of Duplicolor flat black.

Have a good weekend, everyone.
EDIT: Updated with a few more just now...
So this is why I needed some winter tires.

Put them on just now. It was a pain since I had to stick a block of wood under each tire just to get the jack underneath it.

Look how thin the AP1 looks in the wheel well. At first, I wasn't sure which wheel was for the front/rear. Even after measuring, they were so close, I couldn't tell. Then I realized the center hub portion only lets you put it on the correct side.

Finally, some meat on my tires. With all my luck, there will be no snow the rest of the year.

Thanks. With the OEM tires, terrible. With the Falken Azenis RT615s, terrible. I've gotten stuck in less than an inch of snow with both sets of tires since I've owned the car. Had to get it winched out on more than one occasion.
Anyway, that's why I got the snow tires. The tires are all mounted on the AP1 wheels, but I did not yet put them on the car. I will do them either today or tomorrow depending on my laziness.

Definitely! I'm not sure if they are still producing these, but I got them from a local member for $65. I don't think he was making any money off of them (maybe like $5-10). The Spoon Sports mirrors are exactly the same, but they obviously don't say LEVEL on them. I believe brand new, they are only $85 or something.
The only issue is installing them. You really need to remove your old mirror and put on the new one. You have to be very careful not to crack the new mirror as you're installing it. It's scary since you have to press very hard to get it to snap into place. People say you can just sticky tape the new mirror on top of the OEM, but that would look rediculous. The OEM is flat, and the new one is curved a LOT. I forgot which one is which, but either the passenger side or the driver's side is curved more than the other. If you layed it flat, the middle would be almost 1cm higher, there's no way you could get that to stick reliably on the OEM mirror.
And the ricey blue tint makes it extra cool, y0!
