Has anyone added the 2 additional bolts that come stock on an si for the strutbar on any other civic? i want to put an si strutbar on but need to know about these bolts. im assuming they will need to be drilled and the bolt welded in place but just seeing if someone has done this already.
just get a bar that connects to the upper control arrm bolts or the top of the shock tower. that will stabilize the front end better than the SI mount points would and you don't have to modify the body any.
in the 92-95 the holes are there you just have to get some nut and bolts. I don't think you can get the bolts from the dealer.
I have been trying.
just because I am anul like that and don't want to use a hardware store bolt

get grade8 bolts from the hardware store. for gs-r's, R's, SI's and DOHC del sols, the bolts are welded. you would have to buy that whole piece form the dealer.
