Default F22b turbo ?'s

would it be worth putting in low c/r piston and stronger rods to make around 280whp or could i just get some better head bolts and a thicker head gasket?
also this is a jdm dohc f22b and can you put in new pistons with out boring the cylinders just hone the cylinders with the flex hone ball?

Head stud it, put together a decent turbo setup/ fuel system/ management and have it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing you can make 280whp on a otherwise stock motor.
