Default Wiring troubles, someone please help!

So, I purchased a 1993 Honda Civic shell, dropped the motor in and when I go to connect the ECU I find this;

One is yellow/green and the other is green/yellow. I looked around to find the connecting end but found nothing, can anybody identify where these wires lead to? Thanks.

what motor did you drop in?
slot 17 green/yellow is for IAB "Intake Air Bypass Control sol valve" For a GSR
slot 19 yellow/green is used for an H22A ICS "Intake Control Sol"

A B16A2, if these were left untouched would it hinder the performance or cause the motor to act up in any way?

You dont ever want to just leave wires hanging around. Just cut them and seal the end with some heat shrink (leave enough wire incase you ever need them.) pull the other end through the engine bay there has to be a end out there somewhere.
