well the big problem was that when i bought the car it was worth like 13 grand that was a year and a half ago. it dumped in price by a little over half in that much time. and now im just freaking out about it.
Keep it its gunna be a hell of a lot more reliable. Are you looking at actual market value or blue book

Think about that for a minute. If you traded your car for the Eclipse + $6K, that would leave you still paying $3K for a car you don't even own anymore. Does that make sense to you?
Even if you sold the car, you'd be lucky to get enough money just to pay off the loan, then you'd have nothing left to buy something else.
Sucks being upside down on stuff like that, so it's really just best to keep driving it and paying it until you're not upside down anymore, or until you can pay it off completely.

see crank.. see crank walk... walk crank walk!..
haha thats all i can think of
its not worth it .. keep the teggie
eh dsm i dunno... i have alwayss been a fan of the 2nd gen. yeah everyone says they are unreliable but they can be reliable it just everyone beats on them and they can beak easy. and with a turbo on it i'm sure your gonna wanna have fun with it which will most likely lead to problems i'd say keep your car it will last you and like patrick said you don't want to be paying on a car you don't have on top of upkeep on a dsm
these are very quick car, but are not worth the hassle of dealing with the constant tuning and being built very badly. I use to have a 91 talon with a intercooler and 3 inch exhaust. it was faster than shyt, but broke than even faster.

so it's been decided i am going to just tough out owing a **** load on it and keep my teg. I really thing getting the minor front end damage that has been done to is fixed will make me feel alot better about it.
Nope. stick with your GSR,you will run into fixing that turbo eclipse especially its not your project and it might end up breaking down. Plus hondas are more easier to work on.
