Icon3 Dc turns over, CEL flashes 5 times an stays on. wont start?

Like the title states.. I have a 95 RS. i bought it as a shell. put in a 95 Ls B18B1. has Low miles.

Everything is connnected

I jumped the wired to check Codes. it flashes 5 times then stays on the 5'th flash.

Has new Cap an rotor, O2 sensor, Rad+ hoses, Nology Hot wires, intake an exhaust gaskets.

Fuel pump works. Car cranks an turns over, but doesnt putt or try to even start. just keeps cranking. its getting fuel.

What things are possible from it not starting???? Thanks

I jumped the connecter then the CEL flashes 5 times an on the 5th flash it stays on. Not when i first start car lol.. Sorry for confusion

lol no it sure doesnt

your using a OBD1 ECU correct? if so then its code 5 (MAP sensor) it could be bad. check out my sig for the specs for the map so you can check it to confirm its bad. also make sure its connected first off. im sure its bad so you should replace it

Yes.. the Map is Connected. an yes i am Using a P75. if the map sensor is bad would that stop it from Starting?

When my friends (Hondas) Map is bad there car starts but it still runs shitty.

well i never had an issue where the CEL was flashing before start up and before i jumped the harness on the ECU, so my guess was something was ****ed up in the ECU. what u need to do is jump the connecter and check what the code is
