Default B20V Problem?????

Okay heres the deal.

It will only crank over if you hit the gas right away while starting, if not it floods it. you have to disconnect the fuel pump, crank it, reengage the fuel pump, press the gas and crank it. bam starts up all shitty sounding.

while idling it will die if you dont hit the gas or sits at 500rpm choppy.

when hitting the gas its sluggish till 2000 rpms then sounds a lot better but not how it used to be.

Heres the story of what happened. My gf decided to go out at 2 in the morning and smash my car. she says she misshifted. but doesnt kno where the rpm gauge went. i had a special ecu on it that day for trail purposes so this one went to 10,000 ****!!!

no valve tick/noise
ive taken the timing belt off, dead timed it with the cam gears, everything.
ive checked other ecu's to see if it burned up FINE. its wiring. FINE.

Could this be a sensor? I need Ideas guys im stuck and so is everyone else that knows about hondas that has looked at it?

im running and obd1 p30 set up. b20b bottem end odb1 gsr head. after marekt intake manifold and exhaust system. other than that pretty much stock.
