corner amber indicator light issue

I have a 1993 civic eg coupe , every day since I bought the car both corner amber lights stay on when I put the lights on( it looks nice so I never cared) but yesterday the right amber light went out while driving , now my indicators never worked in the front only in the back , probably due to them always being on, so I switch the lever to the right to see if the front indicator would flash to see if the bulb was blown and it did flash, but now one amber is on and the other one is off how can I get the right amber to come back on all the time?
