bad tps and 02 censor

I recently switched TB's and moved the tps and map sensors over too. Now im throwing a CEL.

Question: what, if any damage can be caused by a bad tps and 02 sensor? mainly worried about the tps.

the tps i dont think would cause much damage but the o2 sensor could damage your catalytic converter
