Icon2 Opinions on Crower 63401T's

Hi

Im currentlu running a set of Crower stage 2 turbo cams ("forced induction special") in my 84mm LS/Vtec with a Turbonetics T66 turbo boosting 26 psi

This thread is not meant to slight Crower cams - I would just like some feedback from you guys that have actually had experience with these cams and your findings on them !!

Ive read a couple of threads regarding camshaft selection on High HP Turbo B series and the Skunk2 PRO 1's seem like the most popular and recommended cam for such applications

Ive got the opportunity to get a set of PRO 1's at a reasonable price - should I get them and swop out the Crower st2 turbo cams ??

Also how do the Crower's compare(I have the cam specs - im referring to real world performance numbers) to std B16A, CTR, ITR cams respectively

If I swop out the Crowers in the race car I'll be able to use them in my upcoming street/strip build 81.5mm Ls/Vtec with a SC61 equivalent Turbo - should I replace the std B16A cams with the Crowers in this application ??? Looking for 450 - 500 whp

Just taking into consideration that we are @ 5000ft elevation

Thanx for the help !!

I ran the Pro1 cams in my 84.5mm B18c1 with a Precision T67r running just 20 psi and honestly I couldn't have been happier.

Pro 1's aren't a turbo cam are they? Which would mean you are would be blowing boost out the exhaust because of the valve overlap in all motor cams, I have never looked at they're specs so I am not sure what there duration and lobe seperation is. I ran crower stage 2's and was very happy with them.
