Igniter-Coil Interchange?

Was wondering and did look around to see but found nothing conclusive.
Is the coil & Igniter Interchangeable in a D15B7 and D16Z6? TD42U-TD41U

Check the part numbers on www.hondaautomotiveparts.com . If they match your good. I would check but I don't know what SOHC's come in what.

Thanks! Appears the coils are the same, Igniters are different.
