what headers do you prefer for all out b-series motor??
what headers do you prefer or you think is best for a b-series all out methanol setup?? SSR? BISIMOTO? to name a few...... please help me thank you......
Burns Stainless has a form you can fill out with your motor setup and for $75 they will tell you what size your tubing should be and where to put the steps. It works out pretty well most of the time, and you get your money back on that if you purchase a collector from them. You will probably end up with something shorter than the off the shelf stuff, and run it under the pan so you have some flexability for trying different length tail pipes

i really need help here guys.. whats is really the best headers????? burns? or as what SiKnezzALLmotor said ssr/dtr.... what is it guys...........
you will make good power with(ssr,smsp,rmf...ect) pick one the you can afford..and that best fits your set up call and ask qusetions...
this will be for my racecar... so i think side exit is more better... so what will the best headers be? im now confused on burns,ssr,smsp,rmf................. which one its really it? which one can produce a better hp............ pls guys need you comments pls.........
No one is going to be able to answer that and know what will make more power. You could spend a mint on the dyno testing different collectors alone. I would seriously fill out the form at Burns and at least get an idea on size and where your steps should be. Burns probably makes the best collectors.
Also, run it under the pan. Side exit will be too long.

so its burns thats better then ssr, smsp, rmf, bisimoto and all other headers out there on the market thats for sale?
Bore, stroke, cams, peek torque rpm etc, is taken in consideration when you make a header.
man i dont mean to sound rude in any way, but your asking the same question over and over again which nobody will be able to provide the correct answer to.
each header your asking about will work differently on your application. to figure out which header will be the best for you, it will depend on what size motor your running, what cams, what type porting, what powerband your looking for etc, etc.....
the best option you have is to contact burns and let them figure it out for you. they will design a header which is exactly what YOUR motor needs to perform the way you want it to.
either do that, or start buying all the different headers you mentioned since price wont be an issue. then you can test them all at the track to see whats best for you.
i hope u understand how much ur looking at spending on a good header bc a 2" burns merge collector cost around 400 just for a stainless steel collectorit would be cheap im not even gonna get in to what i payed for my header
You could go with SPD for a collector. I used Burns for my collector and primary tubing. Not the cheapiest but definitely worth it.
Also, I would give stefan a call.
