Icon6 Everyones Opinion on this setup

Ok... i have major problems with this car. I bought it this way and i am just trying to figure out what the problem is. I'll just lay it out for you.

1994 Civic EX coupe
D16Y7
P06 computer
D15B7 Intake Manifold w/Throttle Body
Cut/Spliced OBD2 Connections on OBD1 EX Wiring Harness
Fuel Cut/Rev Limit around 4800rpm.

I can not figure out what might be causing this. its very little power up until the cut, and revs extremly slow. Any ideas would be helpful.

thanks in advance.

I just went outside and got the ECU out of the car. The numbers are

37820-P06-A00
740-510122

I opened the ECU up once before and i didnn't notice anything out of the ordinary. it does say on the side of it Dec 11 91. I'll Get pics ASAP

the CEL comes on after about 10 min. see when i got the car the MAP and TPS were messed up. car would die if had no throtle etc... we changed the intake manifold to a D16Y7. car barely ran. changed back to the D15 and it runs descent until 4800
