i have seen 4 door rear door handles used on front doors for the coupe or hatch

 

howd u do that in a crx if its only 2 doors? and do u mean inside or out? cause outside obviously has the key cylinders.. i think maybe u can do the inside tho...

 

if uv been talking about the outer door handles, yes you can use the rear door handles for the front but the problem is, there's no keyhole on the rear door handles.

 

Yes, every civic can use the rear door handles from a 4dr on the front. I have it done on my ek. Just hook up a power lock actuator and look mom no key holes.

Haha. If not I think you can just take the little lever off the key cylinder. Same thing. Just make a useless key hole! =P

Your missing the whole point maybe someone with keyless entry doesnt want a keyhole. One less way to allow enterance to your car.

 

And will look cleaner.
