Did I get this right?
U can take a obd1 dizzy and run it on a obd0 harness just by cutting the plugs off the obd0 dizzy and adding them to the obd1 dizzy....
So obd1 and obd0 dizzys internals are the same?

correct me if i/m wrong but the obd1 and obd0 distributors are different on the inside for sure. And yes, just cutting the plugs and put them on the distributor or you can make a jumper harness
you cannot run an OBD1 distributor with OBD0 ECU - the internals are not the same - if you are running an OBD1 ECU with OBD0 to OBD1 ECU jumper, you use the OBD0 engine harness and swap the OBD1 distributor plugs onto the OBD0 harness and run the OBD1 distributor
