Default Motor Swap

Hi I have a 96 Integra, I just purchased. It had some work done to it and I am having some problems, If you guys can help me out.
The problem I am having is the car seems to be an OB2 Stock as far as wiring behind the dash, the person that previously owned the car had an piggy back on the ecu. P#378-p28-AO2/760-812714.
I dont know if the motor is an ob1 or 2. The car does give a hard start at times, but it does start. The wiring behind the dash I found someone that can get me the harness behind the dash that will plug directly into the ecu. I dont know if this would create a problem with the motor as far as it turning over and also is the wiring different behind the dash for obd1 and 2? Motor in car has a GSR motor in it.

Any help would be appreciated.....thanks
