I can't find my old thread, anyways, My steering wheel and dash shakes at idle speed ~750-900rpm then stops past 1000rpm, I heard people say it from rough idle, is there anything I can do to smooth it out a bit? I already cleaned out my IAC valve and PCV valve, sea foamed my car, oil was changed not too long ago, even compression across the cylinders 165psi +/- 5.

I just replaced my driver side CV axle today and that got rid of that horrid clicking and some squeaking noises, but there is still a faint squeak when I turn. Any ideas?
