best brake pads
Not only will he rape points from you, he will remove your post count and make you a trial user again. He is telling people not to make open polls. It sucks, I know, but I am just helping you out.
I have Carbotech Panther + and IMO they are a little overkill for the street. They really don't bite until they heat up.And Carbotech says "slightly more than OEM dusting".Haha,I drive around and in a day of driving I have black dust on my wheels and even a light black dust all over the side of my car. When I first pull out of my driveway, it scares the crap outta me when I hit the brakes and nothing happens until they heat. After the first or second stop though they are fine. When driving for a while (like highway type)and then hitting the brakes at first nothing then all of a sudden super grip.I'm used to it now and have modulated my braking accordingly. As far as performance goes, I haven't been able to fade these things yet (going from 100MPH + to 0).
H22AKRD-Good luck on your brake upgrade.

If the owner of the poll chooses to have me lock the poll, let me know.
yah that would make sence if i say waht its for, it would be for a 4 dr accord with an big brake aem kit, and a h22. just for good stopping. my bad
The Porterfield R4S dust a ton too! While they stop great (when hot), they're no better than OEM Type R pads when warm or cold, so unless you track (light) or autocross OEM Type R pads or Axxis Ultimates are a better choice.
And if you don't know the Type R, Prelude VTEC (93-96), all 97-up Preludes, all Accord Wagons, Accord V6's (96-up), and a few other Honda's all share the same front calipers (not caliper brackets) and brake pads.

carbetech are WAY overkill for the street and they would get expensive fast too.
I love my Hawk HP+ pads to death. They're extremely responsive, very solid, and reasonably priced. The only downside to them (and other high performance brake pads) is that they squeal at low speeds, and they leave a ton of brake dust. But they're worth every penny, and definitely perfect for the street. I haven't tried them at the track yet though.
