I have notice recently my CEL light coming on. I scanned the code and took me to P0700 and P0740. I changed the Lock-Up Solenoid Valve per the book. Before the CEL light came on, my D4 light on the dashboard wouldn't light up green as it should when in that gear. All my other gears light up on the dash when put in that gear (i.e. P, N, R, D3, 2, 1). I didn't think much of it not being on, since the car ran good as it was.

Only one that doesn't work is just the D4 one. I figured that by changing the solenoid the book to me to by the CEL codes thrown, it would now work or light up. Any thoughts why I would still have this problem?

 

Also, anybody know what that connector in the green casing is for? Its on the passenger side by the ECU kick panel.
