Leaking
Your cam seal. Easy replacement.
Remove the valvecover, then remove the last farthest left piece holding the camshaft on. giggle it out. pull out the cap/plug/seal at the end. and replace it. common problem. I've heard aftermarket ones work better because they have layered o-rings that prevent the problem.
oh and no you don't have to remove the camshaft, i used to get that all the time when people asked me.
heres a pic of skunk2 replacements. theyre like 20-30 bucks though.

Its fine. its not gonna burn out and spew oil everywhere, don't worry. And its impossible for the cam seal to be the cause of the O2 sensors going bad. I can't see any correlation to that.
And your O2 sensors are suppose to look burned, theyre sitting in exhaust gases all day, it get hot in there. If your not throwing a CEL for the O2's then theres no worries there. No need to fix whats not broken right.
