Default B&M fuel pressure regulator problem!!!!!!!

I recently put a turbo on my 95 honda accord and was told by some friends to run the bkr7e-11,ngk spark plugs, are these one step colder than factory or two? My main problem is ever since I put theses plugs in the car has been running like ****( it is missing at idle and hesitating off the line, bad!!!!). I adjusted the fuel to 47lbs on the same day I put in the plugs( I gapped them at .030), the next day I checked the furel pressure and it was at 60lbs, (i thought maybe I had not tightened down the nut), I then adjusted it back down to 47lbs and the next day it was back up to sixty( I have a 12:1 fmu, trying to fill you in on the set up). This time I tried putting it back to 47lbs, but the lowest I can get it down to is 55lbs. The screw is all the way out (on the B&M regulator). I took it a part, oiled it , cleaned it, and checked for vacum leaks and found none, (vacum at 25). While putting it back together I also put plumbers tape on the screw thinking maybe there was a vacum leak through the top, no luck , still 60lbs! What the hell is going on, any suggestions

I don't think the plugs could have anything to do with the fuel pressure. Are you sure they are gapped right? I'm sure you'd have to close the gap on them from what they come with.

the plugs are the correct heat range
plug gap should be .028 - .030
but his problem seems to be an irradic fuel pressure. i'm assuming you are checking/adjusting it correctly? you have to unplug the vaccuum source to adjust it first.

AAAAAH.. good question. if he is, and the gauge is on the filter, it'll read all screwy. the gauge would need to be on the rail itself to read true fuel pressure.

I have an msd external fuel pump and my guage is on the fuel rail, I have taken the plugs out and they are a grayish, almost white color (3-4 days old), lean! explain that one with that much fuel(60lbs)!

does any one know what my cars plug heat range is it a 5 or a 6? beacause if it is a 5 , then that plug it too cold
