power window.my window barley rolls up and when it is really slow. when i put wd40 in the window trimming it rolls up like a champ. any questions? i checked the trimming and its fine. -thanks

 

i have the same problem... rolls up slowly... i use silicone spray... but it always seems to go away and roll up slowly... ive taken the window of the regulator and moved it up manually and it isnt binding only when the window is on the regulator.... dont know...

 

ya wd-40 only last for a couple days. this is bullsh*t

one of my windows in my sedan does that too, i cannot figure it out either. i've tried silicone spray and that barely helps

 

Silicone spray worked for my window. It use to be really slow also but after i sprayed it down with silicone, it now works like a charm ever since.

 

Yeah I'd spray the silicone into the top of the rubber channel the window rides up and down on in the front and the back then roll the window up and down repeatedly re-spraying if it binds.

Should work for at least a couple months

 

yeah, silicone spray or a dry lube spray will work. you might want to remove the door panel and grease the tracks and rollers with some white lithium grease too.
