telling what model/type my engine is.
hi i am new to the car world and honda-tech.com. well basically i want to know if the car i am thinking about buying is an actual si, and what model engine it is. please let me know, thanks.
oh yeah, what are the best first upgrades??? i want a good boost and is there anyway modifieing an exhaust on to my car so it is straight not like parallel with the bumper and then a pipe to a tip??? please let me know what are the best cheap upgrades are and how to do those mod's...and do lowering spring's make the car stiff????
Under the hood on the left side of the block right under the head is where you will find the engine code. If you are looking for a 88-91 CRX the engine code for the Si will be D16A6 and will be the same for the same era Civics
The engin code will be on the same spot on most, if not all Honda motors
