Need help with water pump!

I need to Know where the water pump is? also how to remove and install the water pump. I really hope someone on here can help me out with this dilima.

crappy picture... just found one and posted it... you see the big bottom pulley on the bottom left of the engine... thats the water pump pulley.

here is a side shot. gotta remove the hose and several 10mm bolts
