My car fail the smog test. the reason "excess emissions" I took the car home open up the cat and it doesn't have a filter inside the cat. Now my questions is does any body knows if the 96 civic dx supposed to have a filter inside it's catalytic converter? any help will be greatful. thanks guys. I fetchin hate smong here in calfornia.
