now whats better 4 1 or 4 2 1 headers ? and what are some good ones and not to pricey but good

4-2-1 are better for mid RPM range gains, 4-1 are better for high RPM range gains. One isn't better than the other, it's all about what you want.

Probably the best bang for the buck header is the Megan Racing one.
